Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. By subscribing to or using StreamWest you agree to them.

1. Subscriptions & billing
StreamWest is offered as a prepaid subscription across the plans shown on our pricing page. Your access runs for the period you purchase (for example 1, 3 or 6 months) and does not renew automatically. When a plan is close to expiring you will be reminded in your account and can renew at any time. Prices may change, but any change applies only to new purchases and renewals, never to a period you have already paid for.
2. Payments (crypto & manual)
We accept cryptocurrency for instant, automatic activation, and card or other manual payments arranged through our support team. Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on the network. For manual payments, your subscription is activated after the payment is verified. You are responsible for any network or processing fees charged by your wallet or payment provider.
3. Acceptable use
Your login is for your personal use. You agree not to resell, share publicly, or redistribute your credentials or the streams, not to attempt to bypass access controls, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share credentials widely, or place undue load on our infrastructure, without refund where abuse is evident.
4. Service availability & no guarantee
We work hard to keep every channel online with multiple servers and automatic failover, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Streams depend on third-party sources, your internet connection, and factors outside our control. Occasional downtime, buffering, or the temporary loss of a specific channel or event can happen and does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
5. Third-party content
StreamWest is an access and aggregation service. Channels, feeds and broadcasts are provided by third parties; we do not host, own, or claim rights to the underlying content. All trademarks, league names and broadcaster names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You are responsible for ensuring that streaming is permitted in your country and for complying with all applicable local laws.
6. Refunds
Because access is delivered digitally and often instantly, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. That said, if you hit a genuine problem we cannot resolve, contact support and we will review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis. We recommend testing your setup right after activation so any issue can be addressed early.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page, and continued use of StreamWest after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
