How StreamWest handles your personal information. In short: we collect only what we need, and we never sell it.

1. What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your subscription: your email address (for your login and support), your subscription details (plan, start and expiry dates, status), and payment references (such as a crypto transaction ID or a payment confirmation) needed to activate and verify your account. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to create and secure your account, activate and renew your subscription, verify payments, provide customer support, and send essential service messages such as expiry reminders. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Limited data may be shared only with the payment and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, and only to the extent required to process your subscription.
4. Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and support obligations. You can ask us to review or remove your data by contacting support, subject to any records we are required to retain.
5. Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and access to account data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
